Lego City MOC: garage(On base plate)

It's another MOC from me! this is my first Lego MOC destruction post, so look forward to this!

Now, to start off, here's the picture of the whole garage:

Left to right - Shell station service man, hula dancer(clothes changed), fireman, male surfer(clothes changed), airmail man, surfer girl.

I'll start off with the male surfer first. Here's 3 pictures of him:
