Background: Lucas Stormer was made before Preston Stormer in the time where they can't move their knee and elbow joints. As he did more missions, he received a custom form and got into the top hundreds. Later, all ten of the top 10 heroes died, so he was one of the heroes who were the replacement for them. When he gained Hero Factory's trust, he gotten the bio-mechanical upgrade, and soon, he formed the Hero Factory spies team to search for villains in other planets and other parts of Makuhero City, and then inform Hero Factory so that they will be able to send a hero to catch that villain. When he did more missions, he received a custom form.
